Why I built it
Every time I wanted to make merch with my friends, for a trip, a birthday, a team, a small event, the tools got in the way. Too many steps, design editors that feel ten years old, and nothing built for a group ordering together.
So I built the tool I wanted. Wooray brings together what I know from software and what I've learned running an online store for five years. The goal is simple: anyone can open it and walk away with merch they actually want to wear.
Who is behind it
I'm Dmytro Grama (Dima), based in Girona, Spain. I started my career in software. Today I work in enterprise sales for a Y Combinator-backed data company.
I also run weukraine.com, a merch store with more than 2,000 orders where the profits go to support Ukraine, more than $30,000 so far. Running it taught me where print on demand goes wrong: sizing, print quality, shipping delays, returns. Wooray is built around fixing those.
I co-founded Mar y Mas, a photo and drone video studio in Girona, so I care a lot about how products look in real photos. That is why the AI-made photos on this site are labelled as such, and why real crew photos will replace them as orders come in.
Every design that comes through Wooray is checked by a real person before it prints. That person is me.
